Absolutely Clean has continued to grow the amount of satisfied customers over the last year because we are totally committed to customer service. Unlike some larger companies Absolutely Clean is privately owned, not a franchise, and is therefore free to operate independently. This allows us to use the best equipment and cleaning products available without being dictated to on what is best. The owner is also the operator, giving a very personal and tailored service. The person who answers the phone, is the person who calls at your home to inspect and discuss each job, and indeed is the same person who carries out the actual cleaning work. As we have no employees, sub-contractors or the like, the margin for a misunderstanding or mistakes is eliminated. All our equipment is up-to-date and highly maintained resulting in a reliable and punctual service. Customers are sent written conformation of jobs booked over the phone and receive a courtesy call or text on the day to confirm the timed appointment.

 

HEAT

The application of heat created from using a Truck Mount system in the carpet cleaning process has many benefits. We can summarize these benefits into two categories.

First, heated cleaning solution directly benefits the construction and appearance of the carpet. Secondly, heated cleaning solution directly benefits the cleaning process and the chemistry of the cleaning process.
 
Many residential carpets require periodic hot water extraction cleaning as part of their warranty. Hotter cleaning solutions refresh and can restore carpet texture. Watching the carpet cleaning process on a typical residential cut pile carpet can be evidence of this. The texture immediately responds to the hot water as the carpet is literally "fluffed" up by the cleaning process. Heated cleaning solution has a larger capacity for the suspension of soil. It increases the rate of molecular expansion and chemical activity of most water-based cleaning solutions. This increased activity normally increases its capacity to clean. Hotter water evaporates faster, reducing customer downtime because the carpet dries faster. Hotter water breaks down water-soluble soiling faster and it requires less chemical usage because it reduces the surface tension of the fibre.
